Busch Gardens Tampa Opening June 11

Busch Gardens Tampa Bay announced it is reopening on June 11 under a reservation system to limit park capacity. All guests with existing tickets, Fun Cards, or Annual Passes must make a reservation using the system in order to enter the park. Guests can also purchase new tickets with reservations for specific days as long as inventory is available.

Reservations can be made by clicking here. Busch Gardens is also running a special for up to 50% off on tickets right now. You can take advantage of that by clicking here.

Here is some of what to expect as far as general health and safety guidelines as of the time of this post.

  • Employee and guest temperature screenings before admittance to the park.
  • Employees and guests 2 years of age and older must wear face coverings while in the park. Guests are not required to wear them while eating and drinking, or in designated relaxation areas of the park.
  • Signage and markings to help ensure social distancing will be installed.
  • Contactless payment is encouraged.

I grew up in Southeastern Kentucky where everyone loves basketball. I am married to Marty and we have three daughters, two sons-in-law, one grandson, and a Japanese Bobtail cat named Luna. I didn’t get to go to my first theme park until my second daughter was four months old. We came to Magic Kingdom that year and I was hooked. We moved to Central Florida in 2017 and became annual pass holders at Disney World. Now we are in the parks almost every week. In my time here I have learned a lot about Disney, but I feel as though I have only scratched the surface. That is why I am excited about sharing the experiences and things I learn along the way. I would love to hear from you. Let me know what you want to learn about a trip to Disney. I may write a blog about it.
